way into the illustrious group known as "Customer
Care". And as she jokingly
says, "It's been uphill all the way

Truthfully, though, we aren't surprised.
InkCycle's toner business sees a very small percentage of
returned cartridges. |

We all love Bill!
And this Kathy - a different one from above - is Kathy
Judson and she is every dealer's best friend. She
is our resident Technical Support Specialist, and has
been gracing the halls of InkCycle for more than 8
years. She has a background in Quality Assurance,
which means she finds out what's wrong, and she fixes
it... whether it's a printer problem, cartridge problem,
or simply a little tidbit of helpful information she
can pass along to the user to improve their printer knowledge and/or experience! Around here, we just call her
"the bomb." If you can't figure out why we call
her that, you'll have to contact her to find out why.
