Thanks for your confidence, Scott! InkCycle began as a toner remanufacturer back in 1992 in our owner's basement.  While we are more famous for providing more than 1 million of the highest quality inkjets per month, we also produce high quality toner products, including color toner.

That's really nice of you to say, Jeannie, and we appreciate it!  Truthfully, though, we aren't surprised.  InkCycle's toner business sees a very small percentage of returned cartridges.

We all love Bill!  And this Kathy - a different one from above - is Kathy Judson and she is every dealer's best friend.  She is our resident Technical Support Specialist, and has been gracing the halls of InkCycle for more than 8 years.  She has a background in Quality Assurance, which means she finds out what's wrong, and she fixes it... whether it's a printer problem, cartridge problem, or simply a little tidbit of helpful information she can pass along to the user to improve their printer knowledge and/or experience!  Around here, we just call her "the bomb."  If you can't figure out why we call her that, you'll have to contact her to find out why.  Email her at KJudson@InkCycle.com
