LENEXA, Kansas, May 1, 2009 — Dealers receive a complimentary, online reminder every month of why they chose to do business with InkCycle. The one-hour sessions are designed to equip independent office products dealers and their sales professionals with important knowledge about how to increase sales, manage their dealerships, and to provide valuable sales training to account managers out in the field. Each month a new topic is covered, which includes industry speakers who can provide real-world, hands-on experiences, and suggest the best way to handle sales situations. The topics that have already been presented include: How to Prospect By Phone, The Five Most Common Objections (and how to handle them), How to Hire Right The First Time, and Cold Calling In Person. Upcoming training sessions will include: High Impact/Low Cost Marketing, Creating a 90 day action plan for new sales rep success, Creating Activity Goals, and How to Diffuse Sales Killers. "Online delivery allows us to economically reach a large number of dealers and their sales staff.
