Their backgrounds in both OEM and aftermarket cartridges extend from R & D to quality to production to distribution. Operating under the direction of CEO Rick Krska, whose background includes precision manufacturing in the nuclear weapons guidance group at Allied Signal, InkCycle continues to raise the bar for not merely InkCycle but the entire aftermarket industry. ![]()
RICK KRSKA, Chief Servant
Rick is the founder and Chief Servant of InkCycle. Rick started the company in his basement in 1992 after 14 years experience in precision manufacturing. He is directly involved in all aspects of the company, his focus is divided between setting the strategic vision for the company, nurturing the servant led organizational structure and driving innovation throughout the company. He maintains an active role in the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program, Young President's Organization, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and numerous corporate philanthropic boards. ![]()
TOM CUNNINGHAM, Chief Operating Officer
As an associate of the company since its inception, Tom has held numerous manufacturing, operational, and sales positions. Tom was named COO in 2005. Tom’s professional career includes 14 years in the remanufacturing industry and more than 14 years of precision manufacturing. ![]()
BRAD RODERICK, Executive Vice-President
Brad has been an associate of InkCycle since 2002. A sixteen year veteran of sales in the remanufacturing industry, he guides the strategic planning, marketing and operational initiatives of the company. Brad holds a BBA from Boise State University and is an active member of the remanufacturing industry as an author, trainer and speaker. ![]()
KEITH RILEY, Vice-President of Operations
Keith joined the company in 2010, bringing extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management. With over 15 years of leadership experience in implementing best practices and operational efficiencies to some of the regions best production facilities, Keith immediately began making important improvements to InkCycle methods. He has successfully championed InkCycle's ISO initiative, where the company achieved the certification requirements for three registrations in a very compressed timeframe. Under his leadership, InkCycle's management systems became ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliant. An Iola, Kansas, native, Keith graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. ![]()
CARL LITTLE, Vice-President of the Dealer Sales Channel
Carl brings over 30 years of experience in the office products industry to InkCycle as he guides the dealer sales channel in utilizing InkCycle's unique capabilities to meet the requirements of independent office products dealers and resellers. Carl was recruited to play football for Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas, which brought him to the Midwest from the Boston area. Upon graduating, he remained in Kansas as an educator and coach. Carl began his professional sales career shortly afterward when he joined the Xerox Corporation. Carl has gained experience in the office products industry by serving as street sales representative, regional manager, industry consultant and ultimately to dealer and principle owner of his own chain of office products dealerships. ![]()
PAULA BYRNES, Director of Human Resources
Paula's responsibilities focus on recruiting the best possible talent and developing programs designed to allow company associates to reach their full potential. In addition, she oversees payroll and employee benefits administration, employee relations, and development and compliance of employee programs and procedures. Paula holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas. ![]()
MILTON JEFFREY, Director of Facilities
Milton's duties since joining the company in 1996 include the acquisition, maintenance and security of the company's multi-location 210,000 square feet of administrative and production facilities, management of the corporate vehicle fleet, security, facilities-related purchasing and general administration, and cost-control activities. ![]()
DAVID KROENKE, Director of IT Services
David's responsibilities include maintenance of the user network and workstation configuration. David plays an instrumental role in the implementation of the company's ERP, ongoing development of several Company web sites, remote order processing and general company information requirements. David brings numerous years of computer programming and network administration experience to his position. ![]()
TRACY REED, Director of Information Systems
Tracy joined InkCycle in 1996 as an assistant in the accounting department. In that capacity, she took on a leadership role in the computer implementation of numerous accounting functions. Tracy has also contributed greatly to the establishment and documentation of InkCycle's business process and procedures. Her 2010 promotion to Director of Information Systems is the culmination of her years of excellence and experience with the company. Her responsibilities focus on the free flow of information throughout the company so every associate can perform his/her job by having the proper training and access to information. Tracy was instrumental in the implementation and design of InkCycle's current ERP system, ensuring that all employees know how to correctly access and process data throughout our management system. ![]()
CHAD SEAL, Waste Recovery Business Manager
Chad is responsible for the Supplier-Partnership Program initiative, a program designed to facilitate inventory and cost reductions through better alignment of supplier and company business practices. Chad is responsible for all corporate acquisitions, from raw materials to capital assets, including pricing and terms negotiation. Chad has been with the company since 1996. |
