InkCycle's executive team guides the company with over 130 years of print cartridge experience. Their backgrounds in both OEM and aftermarket cartridges extend from R & D to quality to production to distribution. Operating under the direction of Chief Technology Officer, Tom Ashley, who was on the development team of the first commercial inkjet printer and CEO, Rick Krska, whose background includes precision manufacturing in the nuclear weapons guidance group at Allied Signal, InkCycle continues to raise the bar for not merely InkCycle but the entire aftermarket industry.

Rick is the founder and Chief Servant of InkCycle. Rick started the company in his basement in 1992 after 14 years experience in precision manufacturing. He is directly involved in all aspects of the company, his focus is divided between setting the strategic vision for the company, nurturing the servant led organizational structure and driving innovation throughout the company.

He maintains an active role in the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program, Young President's Organization, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and numerous corporate philanthropic boards.



TOM CUNNINGHAM, Chief Operating Officer

As an associate of the company since its inception, Tom has held numerous manufacturing, operational, and sales positions. Tom was named COO in 2005. Tom’s professional career includes 14 years in the remanufacturing industry and more than 14 years of precision manufacturing.

Tom comes to InkCycle with 30 years experience in printers and ink. Tom was a member of the development team at IBM for the first commercial inkjet printer. Tom’s technical inkjet-related background, in both OEM and aftermarket print cartridge technology, began as a team member at IBM for the development of the first commercial printer. Prior to joining InkCycle in 2004, Tom worked with numerous technology companies and helped found a leaning industry research company. Tom’s main focus is on print cartridge technology and intellectual property rights.



CATHY LYNCH, Vice-President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer

Cathy has been with InkCycle since 1997. She is responsible for maintaining banking relationships, supervising payroll operations, overseeing human resource management, accounting and general corporate administration. Her responsibilities also include implementing strategic financial planning and overseeing corporate financial reporting.

Cathy is a Certified Public Accountant holding licenses to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. She holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Rockhurst College in K.C., MO.

Dave has raised the standards of quality and efficiency throughout the InkCycle inkjet and toner production, warehousing and distribution units. His intensity, dedication and leadership skills have served him well in keeping up with the ever-increasing production demands. Dave is intricately involved in setting and achieving financial goals and implementing inventory control functions for his organization.



BRAD RODERICK, Executive Vice-President

Brad has been an associate of InkCycle since 2002. A sixteen year veteran of sales in the remanufacturing industry, he guides the strategic planning, marketing and operational initiatives of the company.

Brad holds a BBA from Boise State University and is an active member of the remanufacturing industry as an author, trainer and speaker.

Mike's aftermarket and supply background of ten years includes senior roles at Corporate Express and Unisource. Mike is responsible for the strategic diversification of InkCycle. He provides strategic and tactical direction for the aftermarket inkjet group. Mike is responsible for developing strategies and tactics that will help shape the future growth of the organization.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University.



PAULA BYRNES, Director of Human Resources

Paula's responsibilities focus on recruiting the best possible talent and developing programs designed to allow company associates to reach their full potential. In addition, she oversees payroll and employee benefits administration, employee relations, and development and compliance of employee programs and procedures.

Paula holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.

John is a former Hewlett Packard engineer who started the inkjet remanufacturing processes at InkCycle. For more than ten years John has been on the leading edge of inkjet remanufacturing technology. John holds patent #5,790,147 for his design of a cleaning method for an inkjet head. He also holds patent #5,940,656 for his innovative apparatus designed for cleaning the toner cartridge. John continues to serve as in-house innovation expert.

Milton's duties since joining the company in 1996 include the acquisition, maintenance and security of the company's multi-location 210,000 square feet of administrative and production facilities, management of the corporate vehicle fleet, security, facilities-related purchasing and general administration and cost-control activities.

David's responsibilities include maintenance of the user network and workstation configuration. David plays an instrumental role in the implementation of the company's ERP, ongoing development of several Company web sites, remote order processing and general company information requirements. David brings numerous years of computer programming and network administration experience to his position.



CHAD SEAL, Director of Supply Chain Management

Chad is responsible for the Supplier-Partnership Program initiative, a program designed to facilitate inventory and cost reductions through better alignment of supplier and company business practices. Chad is responsible for all corporate acquisitions, from raw materials to capital assets, including pricing and terms negotiation. Chad has been with the company since 1996.

Annette has been with InkCycle since 1994. During her ten-plus years with the company, she has held numerous positions, culminating in her 2005 promotion to Director of MRP. Annette oversees the formation and management of the new Planning Department which includes material and production planning, as well as document control.
